自调整模糊控制在矿井局部通风机中的应用
The Application of Self-adjusting Fuzzy Control to Mine Local Ventilator
【摘要】 本文设计了二维自调整模糊控制器,系统根据瓦斯浓度偏差和偏差变化率调整模糊规则因子α,实现局部通风机的变频调速控制。经仿真和实验验证,大大改善掘进工作面的通风情况,提高了局部通风机的工作效率和节能效果。
【Abstract】 The paper designs a two-dimension self-adjusting fuzzy controller.The system adjusts the fuzzy rule factor according to the deviation of gas concentration and the change rate of deviation so as to realize the frequency conversion speed regulating control of local ventilator.The simulation and experiments indicates that the ventilating condition of coal face can be greatly improved,thus increasing the operating efficiency of local ventilator and enhancing the energy-saving result.
