弯曲、侧冲复合模设计

【摘要】 通过对某一侧面有孔U型弯曲件的工艺分析,合理设计了一次性完成弯曲、侧冲两个工序的复合模,提高了产品质量、生产效率和经济效益。

【Abstract】 By analyzing a U shape bending part with holes at one side surface,compound die,synchronously completing bending&side-blanking,was designed.The die improved the product quality,the production efficiency and the economic efficiency.
