【摘要】 为了顺利生产粘涤赛络纺弹力竹节纱,强调粗纱、细纱工序是重点,并采用赛络纺纱工艺,在细纱机上对牵伸机构进行适当改造,增加氨纶丝主动喂入机构及竹节纱发生装置,通过各工序采取相应的关键措施,纺制的包芯竹节纱氨纶丝包覆均匀,竹节与弹力、雪彩效果均达到设计要求,成纱质量水平较好,设备改造稳定可行,同类产品可投入批量生产。更多还原

【Abstract】 To produce viscose polyester siro spinning elastic slubby yarn,innovation of draft mechanism in spinning frame was done,polyurethane filament feeding mechanism and slubby set was increased according to spinning demands.Through measures,core-spun slubby yarn has better coverage,the slub,elastic and color effect all reach the demands,yarn quality is better,and the innovation is feasible,the production can put in practice.更多还原
