【摘要】 介绍了平衡剖面技术的发展历史,总结了各发展阶段的主要思想和所取得的成果以及发展状况、研究思路、存在的不足和研究进展等。

【Abstract】 Introduced the Balanced-section Technique development history,summarized the achievement including each development phase,main thought and obtains,as well as development condition,reseach mentality,reseach progress and existence insufficiency.
