保护气氛热处理中的氧化脱碳

【摘要】 分析了钢铁零件在加热过程中产生氧化脱碳的原理,指出SKS51和SAE8660钢锯链切齿片在850℃甲醇滴注气氛中将出现脱碳现象,采用碳势控制技术能获得优良的热处理质量,表面无明显脱碳。

【Abstract】 The principle of oxidation and decarburization in the heating process were introduced. It was also analyzed that when gear bits made of SKS51 and SAE8660 were heated at the atmosphere of carbinol of 850℃, oxidation and decarburizaiton were taken placed. The adoption of carbon potential control techniques could improve the quality of heat treatment greatly. And there were no oxidation and decarburization in the face.
