【摘要】 经过10年发展,中国经济型酒店正处于爆发式增长的前期。本文运用产业组织理论的主流研究范式SCP框架对中国经济型酒店的产业组织现状及演进趋势进行梳理和系统研究。作者认为,在中国旅游市场快速增长的影响下,经济型酒店的市场结构将呈现出集中—分散—集中的演进趋势,旅游方式的改变催生产品差异化,市场进入壁垒将不断提高;市场行为将朝着价格趋于稳定,价格联盟逐步形成,合作行为深化,竞争以品牌建设和服务提升为主的趋势发展。根据分析结论,笔者对低星级酒店的转型提出了相关建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 China ’s economical-type hotels are at the earlier stage of explosive increase after years of development.The paper,using main industrial organization theory-SCP Frame,makes a systematic study of the current situation of industrial organization of China ’s economical-type hotels and its evolutionary trend.The author holds the view that influenced by the rapid increase of China ’s tourism market,the market structure of economical-type hotels will present an evolutionary trend,i.e.,concentration-separation-concentration.The change of tourist mode will result in the differentiation of products.Market access barrier will be constantly raised.Market behaviors will develop towards stable price,gradual formation of price alliance,deepening of cooperative conduct,brand construction and service upgrading amid competition.The author also offers relevant suggestions regarding the transformation of low star-rated hotels.更多还原
