【摘要】 选取40个国内公共图书馆为样本,通过网上调查的方法,对其数字参考咨询服务的开展情况进行调查分析,指出目前公共图书馆数字参考咨询服务存在的问题,并提出一些建议。

【Abstract】 This paper has investigated the development trend of digital reference service of Chinese public libraries by using an Internet survey of 40 samples,analyzed existing problems in digital reference service,and put forward suggestions to solve these problems.
