【Abstract】 To summarize 121 domestic papers about venlafaxine,and analyze the adverse drug reactions(ADR) of its.It was shown that the common ADR of venlafaxine were nausea,felling thirsty,dizziness,poor appetite,insomnia,headache,constipation,bodily fatigue,raise blood pressure,hyperhidrosis,blurred vision,sinus tachycardia,excitement,dysuria and so on.The adverse reactions were mainly mild or moderate,and were accepted easily by patients.更多还原
