【Abstract】 As the third source of profit, logistics has been valued by more and more enterprises. According to market environment of coal enterprises facing in China, the article points out that logistics has an importance in coal enterprises and analyzes traits of coal enterprises logistics, and dissertates the existent questions of coal enterprises in logistics cost management, and puts forward strategy of reducing and controlling enterprise logistics cost in order to improve market competence of coal enterprises in China.更多还原
