【摘要】 该文主要介绍己烷、环己烷、环戊烷、庚烷、戊烷等烃类的物化特性及其作为浸出溶剂安全性,为新型植物油浸出溶剂筛选提供依据和参考。

【Abstract】 This essay mainly introduces the properties and safety of hydrocarbon,including hexane,cy- clohexane,cyclopentane,heptane and n-pentane et al.,which are used as extraction solvent,and pro- vides the base and reference for selecting new sort of solvent.
