【摘要】 目的:观察针药结合治疗脑梗塞后抑郁的临床疗效。方法:将72例脑梗塞后抑郁病例随机平均分为两组,治疗组采用针刺加西药左洛复治疗,对照组采用单纯服用左洛复。结果:治疗组愈显率为91.7%,对照组为44.4%。经χ2检验,P<0.01两组间有显著性差异。结论:针药结合治疗脑梗塞后抑郁优于单纯西药治疗,安全有效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe clinical effects of combination of acupuncture with medicine on depression after cerebral infarction.Methods:Seventy-two cases of depression after cerebral infarction were evenly divided into two groups.The treatment group were treated with acupuncture plus Zoloft and the control group were treated with Zoloft.Results:The cured and markedly effective rate was 91.7% in the treatment group and 44.4% in the control group with a significant difference in the two groups(χ2=18.46,P<0.01).Conclusion:The combination of acupuncture with Zoloft is better than simple Zoloft in therapeutic effect on depression after cerebral infarction.更多还原
