【摘要】 目的:观察六味地黄颗粒剂与六味地黄丸剂药理作用的差异。方法:淮山茱萸、牡丹皮去掉杂物、种子,80℃烘干1h,分别粉碎成120目细粉备用。熟地、泽泻、山药、茯苓水提2次,浓缩成1.3的流浸膏,醇沉24h,制成颗粒剂。作小鼠游泳耐力、自然活动及碳廓清率的实验。结果:六味地黄颗粒剂优于六味地黄丸剂。颗粒剂与丸剂对小鼠游泳耐力,小鼠自然活动和碳廓清率的影响,P<0.001。结论:六味地黄颗粒剂较片剂药理活性高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Methods:The seeds of Asiatic Cornelian Cherry Fruit and Tree Peony Bark were dried for 1h at 80 ℃ and broken into 120 order.Rehmannia glutinosa Libosch,Oriental Waterplantain Rhizome,disoscorea root,tuckahoe were abstracted twice by water and concentrated into 1.3 fluidexteact,and then deposited by alcohol for 24h.The depositions were prepared into granule.Swimming abilities,automatic actions and carbon clearance were conduct to evaluate the pharmacological activities of Liuwei Dihuang Granule in mice.Results:Liuweidihuang Granule showed much better pharmacological activities than Liuwei Dihuang Pill in swimming abilities,automatic actions and carbon clearance(P<0.001).Conclusion:Liuwei Dihuang Granule is much better than that of pill in the pharmacological activitiy.更多还原
