【摘要】 目的:观察早期中医综合康复疗法对脑梗塞患者的神经功能缺损程度、肢体运动功能的变化及对日常生活活动(ADL)的影响。方法:采用随机对照观察,设治疗组和对照组各30例,除基础治疗和康复训练外,治疗组加用中药、针灸、推拿等中医综合康复疗法。结果:在神经功能缺损评分、STREAM、ADL等方面,治疗组与对照组评分在治疗前统计,P>0.05,无显著性差异。治疗组与对照组各自在神经功能缺损评分、STREAM、ADL的自身前后比较,有显著性差异,P<0.05,表明无论是治疗组还是对照组,治疗后均优于治疗前;治疗组与对照组治疗后比较,有显著性差异,P<0.01,表明治疗组优于对照组。结论:早期中医综合康复疗法对脑梗塞患者有较好的疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of early traditional Chinese medicine combined rehabilitation for treatment of cerebral infarction by nervous’s function,STREAM and ADL.Method: The patients with cerebral infarction randomly divided into a treating group and the comparing group,with 30 cases in each group.The comparing group was only treated with basic treatment and rehabilitation,and the treating group was same treated and rehabilitation plus with traditional Chinese medicine combined acupuncture and massage.Results:About nervous’s function,STREAM and ADL,they are improved both in the treating group and the comparing group(P<0.05).The treating group is better than the comparing group(P<0.01).Conclusion: The early traditional Chinese medicine combined rehabilitation has a good effect on cerebral infarction.更多还原
