【摘要】 目的分析冠心病患者J波改变与心脏事件的关系,探讨伴J波改变冠心病患者的预后。方法诊断冠心病患者的心电图显示J波者为J波组,共122例,无J波者为对照组,共106例,随访终点为发生心脏事件并作统计分析。结果两组完成随访138例,J波组抵达随访终点73例,发生心脏事件25例;对照组抵达随访终点65例,发生心脏事件8例。J波组发生心脏事件是对照组3.1倍(p<0.05)。结论伴有J波的冠心病患者预后不良。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyse the relationship between J wave and cardiac events of the patients with coronary heart disease(CHD),and inquire into the prognosis of the CHD patients with J wave.Methods The patients with coronary heart disease were examined by ECG.122 cases in J wave group and 106 cases in no J wave group(control group) were followed up at the endpoint cardiac events and counted.Results 138 cases were completely investigated,25 cases of 73 patients had cardiac events in J wave group,and 8 cases of 65 patients had cardiac events in control group.The morbidity of cardiac event in J wave group were 3.1 times as much as that in control group(p< 0.05).Conclusions CHD patients with J wave are poor prognosis.更多还原
