热处理状态对2.25Cr1Mo钢断裂韧度和裂纹扩展速率的影响
EFFECT OF HEAT TREATMENT CONDITION ON CRACK TOUGHNESS AND CRACK PROPAGATION RATE OF 2.25Cr1Mo STEEL
【摘要】 分析了不同热处理状态对2.25Cr1Mo钢断裂韧度(KIJC)和裂纹扩展速率(da/dN)的影响。结果表明,经730℃回火后2.25Cr1Mo钢的断裂韧度有较大的提高,裂纹扩展速率则无明显变化。
【Abstract】 The effect of different heat treatment technologies on crack toughness(KJIC) and crack propagation rate(da/dN) of 2.25Cr1Mo steel are introduced.On the base of analysis,the conclusion is made that the KJIC value is raised and da/dN has no clearly change after 730 ℃ tempering temperature.
