【Abstract】 Rapidly progressive dementia(RPD) is a kind of dementia syndrome which has a much more rapid course than other dementia caused by neural degenerative diseases.The dementia usually occurred and deteriorated within several weeks to months after the onset.Many diseases can cause this special kind of dementia syndrome and some of them are reversible.To know the features and the causes of the rapidly progressive dementia can help us to make the diagnosis and give the treatment rightly and improve the prognosis.更多还原
