【摘要】 目的:探讨精神分裂症患者凶杀行为的犯罪学和临床特点。方法:采用自编犯罪学调查表对215例精神分裂症行凶者进行统计分析。结果:以杀人致死为主,被害对象多为配偶和父母,常发生于3,4,5月份,白天,自己家中。病程在3年以内略多,以偏执型、有被害妄想、未住院治疗者较多。结论:精神分裂症患者凶杀行为后果严重,凶杀对象主要是与患者密切接触者。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the criminological and clinical characteristics of homicidal behaviors in schizophrenics. Method:215 schizophrenic patients with homicidal behaviors were investigated with self-developed criminological questionnaire and then the data were analyzed. Results:Most victims were killed and most of them were the patients′ spouse or parents. The events often happened at home and in daytime of March, April or May. Disease courses of patients were often less than 3 years, and most type of disease were paranoid schizophrenia with persecutory delusion. Few patients were hospitalized to receive treatment. Conclusion:The consequence of homicidal behaviors is very serious, and most of victims have intimate relationship with patients.更多还原
