【摘要】 目的:调查无锡市病程5年以上精神分裂症患者的现状及其相关因素。方法:采用整群抽样调查方法,对226例病程>5年的精神分裂症患者进行评定。量表包括阳性与阴性症状量表、社会功能缺陷筛选量表、日常生活能力量表、功能大体评定量表、世界卫生组织生存质量测定量表简表(WHOQOL-BREF)。结果:精神分裂症患者病后结婚者离婚率达27.6%,明显高于普通人群的15.4%(χ2=5.687,P=0.017)。病后就学就业率明显低于病前(χ2=7.934,P=0.005),女性患者病后就学就业者又明显低于男性(χ2=10.825,P=0.001)。家庭人均收入(617±279)元,为普通居民的54.5%。长期住院61例(27.0%);只有8.8%的患者能全日工作,精神分裂症患者精神残疾率达83.0%。WHOQOL总分34~99分,平均(73.2±11.9)分;社会关系分量表及家庭人均收入与精神残疾呈负相关,而居住状况越差、家属关心程度越差和伴有躯体疾病者与精神残疾呈正相关。结论:精神分裂症患者的病情发展及病后社会经济状况恶化应引起重视。精神分裂症患者的社会功能缺陷受多种因素影响。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate present situation and relative factors in the individuals with schizophrenia over 5-year courses in Wuxi City. Method:A random sampling investigation was carried out.226 patients with schizophrenia over 5-year course were recruited into the investigation.The patients were evaluated with the positive and negative symptom scale(PANSS),social disability screening schedule,activity of daily living scale,global assessment function and World Health Organization quality of life questionnaire(WHOQOL). Results:The divorced rate of schizophrenia patients married after suffering was 27.6%,which was higher than those of general population 15.4%(χ2=5.687,P=0.017).The employment rate and opportunity of obtain education reduced obviously after suffering from schizophrenia(χ2=7.934,P=0.005),and these were significantly lower in female patients than in male patients(χ2=10.825,P=0.001).The average income in the family of patients was (617±279)Yuan,about 54.5% of income in general population.61 patients (27.0%) had been in hospital for long time;only about 8.8% patients could work full.The rate of disability was 83.0% in scizophrenia patients.The total score of WHOQOL was 34-99,and the mean score was (73.2±11.9).It had negative correlation between social relation,the family′s income and disability in schizophrenia.But mental disability was positively associated with the poor live condition,relatives′indifference and somatic disease. Conclusion:More attention should be paid to the worsening of schizophrenia and social economic status.There are many factors impact on social dysfunction in schizophrenia.更多还原
