【摘要】 目的探讨表面活性蛋白B(SP-B)与甲状腺转录因子(TTF-1)在新生儿肺透明膜病中的表达及其意义。方法采用SP法进行免疫组织化学染色,对肺透明膜病组(HMD)22例、对照组18例检测SP-B、TTF-1在肺泡和呼吸性支气管的表达与分布。结果HMD组中SP-B表达水平显著降低(P<0.01),其中有1例未见SP-B表达;TTF-1表达减少(P<0.05)。结论SP-B、TTF-1的表达与新生儿肺透明膜病密切相关,检测SP-B表达水平对了解新生儿肺透明膜病的发生具有重要意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objectives To study the expression of surfactant protein B(SP-B)and thyroid transcription factor 1(TTF-1)and evaluate the role in neonatal hyaline membrane disease(NHMD). Methods The expressions of surfactant protein B and thyroid transcription factor 1 in alveolar type Ⅱ cells and bronchiolar epithelial cells were detec- ted with immunohistochemical method(SP method)in 21 neonates with hyaline membrane disease and 18 controls. Results The expression levels of surfactant protein B in the diseased group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P < 0.01=,even without expression in one case. The expression of thyroid transcription factor 1 was also lower than the control group(P < 0.05=. Conclusions Underexpressions of surfactant protein B and thyroid transcription factor 1 have close relationship to the neonatal hyaline membrane disease. It is great significance in understanding the pathogenesis of the NHMD with detection of the surfactant protein B expression levels.更多还原
