【摘要】 目的:探讨转化生长因子β2(transforming growth factor-β2,TGFβ2)mRNA在小鼠磨牙牙胚发育过程中的表达及其意义。方法:制备小鼠磨牙各发育阶段标本,用原位杂交分析TGFβ2mRNA在牙胚中的表达与分布。结果:TGFβ2mRNA在小鼠磨牙牙胚不同发育阶段呈时间-空间特异性模式表达。结论:TGFβ2mRNA在牙形态发生过程中可能通过自分泌和旁分泌机制协同调控上皮-间充质相互作用及成牙本质细胞和成釉细胞的分化。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the temporal and spatial expression and localization of transforming growth factor-β2 mRNA during mouse molar development.Methods:The distribution pattern of TGF-β2 mRNA was analyzed on 5 μm serial sections of paraformaldehyde-fixed and paraffin-embedded embryonic mouse heads or mandibles using in situ hybridization.Results:The results show that TGF-β2 mRNA was expressed during mouse molar development in a temporally and spatially regulated fashion.Conclusion:These results suggest that TGF-β2 mRNA may have an important role in tooth development and to be involved in an autocrine and paracrine fashion in the epithelial-mesenchymal interactions regulating morphogenesis.更多还原
