【Abstract】 With the increasing development of the society,it has already become the common sense that people use the law weapon to protect the proper rights of themselves.This paper aimed to indicate some problems of nursing dissension in clinical teaching;the trainee’s existent problem of nursing;the weak law consciousness of clinical nursing teacher and so on.Therefore,this paper put forward the countermeasures to keep away dissension in clinical teaching in order to enhance law consciousness of teachers and students.Related knowledge of law should be studied to standardize nursing behaviors,defend the patients’ right and completely eradicate the nursing teaching dispute.Problem analyses and countermeasures were also interpreted thoroughly in the paper.更多还原
