【摘要】 海枫藤Marsdenia officinalis Tsiang et P.T.Li为云南彝族地区常用草药,用醋酸致痛法研究不同浓度的海枫藤茎叶提取物对小鼠的镇痛作用.实验结果表明,海枫藤茎和叶的水溶性物质中含有镇痛作用的活性物质,并具有剂量依存关系,且该物质在叶中的含量较高.应进一步进行海枫藤提取物镇痛活性成分的追踪研究,以期获得高活性的镇痛新药.更多还原

【Abstract】 Tested the extractions from Marsdenia officinalis Tsiang et P.T.Li on analgesic functions of the mice,to affirm some analgesic materials exist in that plant which was a kind of common herb used by the Yi nationality who lived in Yunnan province,China.We got four extractions from the stem and leaves of Marsdenia officinalis Tsiang et P.T.Li,tested the activity of them.Water extraction from the stem and leaves of Marsdenia officinalis Tsiang et P.T.Li showed the high activities of analgesia in the mice,and had a direct proportion of the activities with their dosage.Compared with each other,the high activity composition was in the leaves.It is necessary to continue this research to find a new medicine with high activity of analgesia.更多还原
