【Abstract】 The present situation of the higher vocational colleges to carry out the psychological health education is not optimistic.The main reason of the low effective education is that teaching material lags behind.According to the characteristic of higher vocational colleges,the topic group developed "Mental health education and optimistic life——the teaching material of psychological health education of students in the higher vocational colleges".They made helpful exploration and experiment in content design,compilation style and educational practice and achieved a good result,therefore it could be used as a reference for the higher vocational college to carry on the psychological health education.更多还原
