浅论船舶避让热带气旋
【摘要】 热带气旋是各大洋海域最大的灾害性天气,但只要我们认识和掌握它的规律性,做好防、避热带气旋工作,就可能化险为夷。
【Abstract】 Tropical Cyclone is the catastrophic weather at sea,but we can head off the danger if we make enough ready for avoiding it.
