【摘要】 介绍了跨文化人力资源管理的含义,分析了跨文化人力资源管理的冲突,探讨了跨文化人力资源管理的对策。

【Abstract】 This paper introduces the connotations of the cross-cultural human resource management,analyzes on the conflicts in the cross-cultural human resource management,and probes into the countermeasures for the cross-cultural human resource management.
