【摘要】 介绍了全面质量管理的含义,分析了科技查新工作中推行全面质量管理的意义及可行性,针对科技查新工作实际提出了一些具体措施。

【Abstract】 This paper introduces the connotation of the TQM,analyzes on the significance and feasibility of promoting the TQM in sci-tech novelty retrieval,and in the light of the practice of sci-tech novelty retrieval,advances some concrete measures.
