【摘要】 介绍了实验室建设和管理的重要性,分析了目前实验管理中存在的问题,提出了实验室管理的新模式。

【Abstract】 This paper introduces the importance of laboratory’s construction and management,analyzes on the problems existing in the current laboratory management,and advances some new modes of the laboratory management.
