【摘要】 介绍了高校图书馆人力资源开发的重要性,分析了高校图书馆人力资源管理的现状,阐述了高校图书馆人力资源的管理模式。

【Abstract】 This paper introduces the importance of the manpower resource development of university library,analyzes on the current situation of the human resource management of university library,and expounds some modes of human resource management of university library.
