浅析企业人力资源的跨文化管理
Analyses on the Cross-Culture Management of Human Resource of the Enterprises
【摘要】 分析了文化差异及其对跨国企业人力资源管理的影响,并就企业实现人力资源的跨文化管理提出了几点看法。
【Abstract】 This paper analyzes on the cultural difference and its effect on the human resource management of transnational enterprises,and advances some viewpoints on enterprises’ realizing the cross-culture management of human resource.
