【Abstract】 Objective The technology of the optimal extraction for Compound Gema granules was investigated in this paper.Methods The orthogonal test was employed for selecting the optimum of extraction technology and the contents of puerarin were detected by HPLC. Results The optimum extraction process was as follows: refluent extraction two times for 1 h per time , adding 10 times of water at first time and 8 times of water at second time. Conclusion The method was stable,reasonable and feasible.更多还原
