【摘要】 为使型钢矫直机拥有更好的性能,设计了针对单机550型钢矫直机的控制系统。该系统采用西门子S7-300 PLC作为Profibus-DP现场总线的主站,SIMOREG全数字直流调速模块6RA70和TP170A触摸屏作为其从站,实现主电机的控制与调速,以及上、下轴辊的轴向和压下调整。实际应用结果表明,采用SIMOREG DC MASTER模块,与传统的调速系统相比,其体积小、功能全,可实现优化运行;且因为Profibus-DP现场总线是一种适用于工业环境的通讯系统,SIMOREG DC MASTER,SIMATIC TP170A,S7-300 PLC能够顺利地进行数据参数的通信。更多还原

【Abstract】 To make steel straightening machine have better performance,the control system of 550 profile steel leveler is designed.SIEMENS S7-300 PLC is applied as the main station of profibus-DP fieldbus,and 6RA70 SIMOREG DC Master and TP170A touch panel are applied to be the sub station.The control and speed adjusting of the main motor is realized,as well as the adjusting of the rollers.Running result shows that SIMOREG DC MASTER module,compared with the traditional system,has the small size and whole function.Setting a reasonable parameters,the optimal operation can be realized.Profibus-DP fieldbus is a communication system suitable for industrial environment application.SIMOREG DC MASTER,SIMATIC TP170A,S7-300 can make smooth data communication with parameters.更多还原
