【摘要】 整个教育管理学发展史是人类对教育组织的一种不断深化的认识历程。在这一进程中,人们对教育组织的现象、问题和本质进行了持续不断的深入探讨,并在上世纪70年代逐渐分化成了两种截然不同的研究思路,即教育组织研究方法论上的两个不同的取向——结构功能主义和解释主义。不同的方法论取向,导致人们对教育组织的认识、理解和研究方法的选择出现了巨大差异,使人们对教育管理学的学科性质产生了困惑。这种认识上的分歧表明教育组织研究方法论并非具有唯一性,需要我们对其进行认真思考。更多还原

【Abstract】 The whole history of educational management is a process of people studying educational organization ceaselessly.In this process,people made a continuous exploration into the phenomena,issues and essence of educational organization,and gradually developed into two different researching ways,i.e.functionalism and hermeneutics,two different orientations in the methodology.Different ways have led to a big divergence in understanding educational organization and choosing methodology,as a result of which people felt confused about the nature of educational management.This reflects the methodology of educational organization is not the only one and we must study it carefully.更多还原
