【摘要】 "十一五"期间,我国需要大力发展中等职业教育,这使得教育成本分担成为一种缓解中等职业教育经费短缺的必然之选。通过理论和实证分析,可以发现我国中等职业教育有实施成本分担的理论合理性和现实可行性,并且正在逐步实施成本分担。但其中也存在着一些影响教育公平与效率的不足之处,需要制定相应的对策和立法保障来解决这些问题,从而促进中等职业教育的快速发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 The funding shortage which originates from vigorously development of secondary vocational education makes cost-sharing inevitable.By theoretical and empirical analysis,we can find secondary vocational education in China has reasonable theory and reality feasibility to apply cost-sharing,and it is applying this policy step by step.But there are several inadequacies which impacts educational fairness and efficiency,which needs to work out corresponding countermeasures and legislation guarantee to solve these problems,thus promote it develop rapidly.更多还原
