电子陶瓷用钛酸钡喷雾造粒料的形态观测研究

【摘要】 运用体视显微镜和金相显微镜对典型的电容器用钛酸钡陶瓷的雾造粒料进行了形貌观测和粒度测量。结果表明造粒料颗粒大部分近圆,有利于成型,但也存在明显的粘结、炸裂现象,粒径按照正态分布。显微镜观测具有随机性,但可以同时观测粒度和形貌,是一种简单可行的陶瓷造粒料观测方法。

【Abstract】 There are lots of disfigurements about the electronic ceramic spray granulation powder.The character of powder was observed by using different microscope.The results indicate that the powders have bonding and crack and particle size distribute on normal school.Although there are some randomicities,microscope observation is a good way for spray granulation powder research.Particle size and micro-shape can be measured synchronously.
