非正态分布参数的汽车后桥可靠性灵敏度设计

【摘要】 将可靠性设计理论与灵敏度分析方法相结合,讨论了汽车后桥的可靠性灵敏度设计问题,提出了可靠性灵敏度设计的计算方法,给出了可靠性灵敏度的变化规律,研究了设计参数的改变对汽车后桥可靠性的影响,为汽车后桥的可靠性设计提供了理论依据。

【Abstract】 Based on the reliability design theory and sensitivity analysis method, it discusses extensively the reliability sensitivity of the automobile back-axle housing and presents a numerical method for reliability sensitivity design. The variation regularities of reliability sensitivity are obtained and the effects of design parameters on reliability of the automobile back-axle housing are analyzed. This method provides the theoretic basis for the reliability design of the automobile back-axle housing.
