论高校合并后图书馆的建设与发展

【摘要】 针对目前高校合并的现状,从图书馆规章制度、图书馆信息资源建设和图书馆馆员能力培养三个方面提出了改进措施。

【Abstract】 Based on the status of university merger,this paper brings forward some measures from three aspects:the construction of rules and regulations,the construction of information resources and librarian training.
