含油污泥固化处理技术研究
Study of Oily Sludge Solidification Treatment Technology
【摘要】 通过直接加入促凝剂,对大庆油田采油四厂的含油污泥进行了固化处理,评价了含油污泥固化物的环境安全性能。结果表明,促凝剂B加量为10%时,含油污泥固化物抗压强度为4.23 MPa,其浸出液各项指标均达国家污水综合排放标准,完全满足安全土地填埋处理的要求,并且该技术在经济上可行。
【Abstract】 The oily sludge from the Fourth Plant of Daqing Oilfield was solidified by directly adding coagulation ac- celerators.The environmental safety of the solidified oily sludge was evaluated.The result showed that compressive strength of the solidified sludge was 4.23 MPa when the mass fraction of coagulation accelerator B was 10% .All the parameters of the solidified sludge lixivium met the national standard of sewage integrated discharge and the solidi- fied sludge could be landfilled safely.
