【Abstract】 The peanut hypocotyls,cotyledons and young leaves were chosen as the explants to be inoculated on the multiple bud induction culture medium,and cultured under the temperature of 25±1℃ with the illumination condition of 3500lx.The different explants and different ratio of hormone which influenced the induction of multiple buds and the survival and transplanting of the young plants were studied in the paper.更多还原
