基于STEP-NC车削特征的切削参数优化

【摘要】 文中切削参数优化数学模型以STEP-NC加工特征为建模对象,通过在系统中建立PostgreSQL切削数据库,为模型提供机床、刀具加工信息以及常用参数,利用遗传算法对数学模型进行处理从而得到优化结果。

【Abstract】 In this article the STEP-NC based turning features are regarded as our objective to optimize, and the database which is established with PostgreSQL will provide the information of the machine tools, tools and some constant data to the module. And then the cutting parameters optimization module was calculated with the Genetic algorithm and the optimized result was obtained.
