图书馆规章制度建设中人本思想的体现

【摘要】 图书馆在规章制度建设中,应从制度制订的程序、语言的表述以及制度的执行等环节,充分体现人本管理的思想。

【Abstract】 In establishment of the libraries’ rules and regulations,the author believes that the humanistic management must be embodied to the full.It covers all the procedures,words expressions and rules and regulations obeying.
