【Abstract】 Real Right Law is an important law in regulating property ownership and utilization relationship.In the Chinese legislation history,it is the first time to protect the common people’s properties systematically.Humanism is incarnated in the whole law,especially in the following aspects: the establishment of real right concept,the establishment of equal protection principle,the improvement of real estate registration system,and a series of regulations closely related to the people’s livelihood.All these rules can fully protect people’s personal interests,arouse people’s enthusiasm for creating wealth,promote social harmony,and therefore highlight the Real Right Law’s humanism.更多还原
