6082铝合金热处理工艺参数的研究
Research on Heat Treatment Parameters of 6082 Aluminum Alloy
【摘要】 研究了6082铝合金热处理工艺参数对其力学性能的影响。结果表明,6082合金的过烧敏感温度为590℃;对于50 mm合金挤压棒坯经(530~570)℃×(1.25~6)h固溶处理后综合性能较佳,随着时效温度的升高,时效强化的速度愈快,达到最大强化效果所需的时间越短。冷却时的水温应控制在50℃以下,且固溶水冷后时效的延迟时间应控制在3 h之内或48 h之后,该合金才能获得良好的时效强化效果。
【Abstract】 The effects of heat treatment parameters on mechanical properties of 6082 aluminum alloy were studied.The results indicate that the superburning sensitive temperature of 6082 alloy is 590 ℃.The 50 mm extrusion bar of the alloy has better mechanical properties when solution treated at 530~570 ℃ for 1.25~6 h.With the increase of aging temperature,the aging strengthening speed becomes faster,the time to reach the maximal strengthening effect is shorter.In addition,the proper water cooling temperature is below 50 ℃,and the time of delay aging after solution should be in 3 h or over 48 h.
