普通碳素钢连续冷却过程中组织性能模拟

【摘要】 针对实际生产条件对轧后连续空冷过程中带钢的组织性能进行了计算机模拟。采用光学显微镜进行微观组织观察,采用Sisc-Ias8图像分析仪对铁素体进行定量化分析,采用拉伸试验对试验材料进行力学性能测试,模拟结果和试验结果对比表明,模拟得到的室温组织及力学性能与实测结果基本相符。

【Abstract】 Microstructure and property of strip steel in plain carbon steel were simulated during continuous air cooling after rolling according to the factual production condition,the microstructure was observed by optical microscope(OM),volume fraction of ferrite was quantitatively analyzed by Sisc-Ias8 image analyser and mechanical properties were measured by tensile test.The simulation results and experimental results show that predicted microstructure and mechanical property are basically meet the experimental results.
