【摘要】 R&D活动影响力是指一个国家或地区R&D活动的过程及其成果对区域内产业结构、经济增长方式、创新能力等要素的作用;区域创新能力是指一个地区将知识转化为新产品、新工艺、新服务的能力,可见,两者具有很大的共性。通过选取上海、北京、广东、江苏、浙江这5个典型发达省市的R&D人员当量、R&D经费投入、发明专利授权数、科研论文数和新产品产值这五项指标的具体统计数据作为比较数列,运用灰色关联度模型对五省市R&D活动影响力与区域创新能力之间的关联性进行分析,结果显示,R&D活动影响力与区域创新能力具有一定的正关联性,提升R&D活动影响力是提升我国区域创新能力的有效途径。更多还原

【Abstract】 The influence of R&D refers to the effect of a country or region’s R&D and its fruits on the industrial structure,economic development mode,creativity etc.within its territory while regional creativity refers to the ability of a region to turn knowledge to new products,technology and service.Obviously the two have much in common.The present project,based on the statistics of the number of R&D personnel,R&D investment,the number of patents and academic papers,and the value of new products in the five relatively developed provinces or cities of Shanghai,Beijing,Guangdong,Jiangsu and Zhejiang, studies the incidence degree of R&D influence and regional innovation capability in line with gray incidence degree and find that R&D influence and regional creativity are positive implicative and the improvement of R&D influence does boost regional innovation capability.更多还原
