幼大鼠不同时间段神经行为学的初探

【摘要】 观察一天中幼大鼠不同时间段神经行为学的变化。同日龄幼大鼠93只,雌雄不拘,分别对平面翻正,空中翻正反射,悬崖回避试验,负趋地性试验,前肢握力试验进行测试。结果作统计学处理,幼大鼠一天中不同时间段神经学的表现有明显差异。在应用幼大鼠进行神经行为学研究测试时,应注意在时间上的影响因素,尽量选择相同时间段进行测试,以减少实验误差。

【Abstract】 To observe the neuroethology changes of young rat at different time in a day.Test surface righting reflex,cliff avoidance reflex,negative geotaxis reflex,air righting reflex and forelimb grip reflex of ninety-three rats.The neurothology charges are distinct effects for young rats in different time in a day.Should attention to the influence element of time when using young rat for neuroethology test,so as to cut down experimental error.
