【摘要】 我国独立学院发展至今只有六、七年的时间,对部分独立学院进行考察后发现,有合作方投资且投资到位的为数不多。通过对独立学院的收入流向、投资方资金投入与收回等进行实证分析,认为存在这种现象的主要原因来自两个方面:一是合作办学的投资方“投入产出”效益低、投资回收期长,以致投资积极性不高;二是一些普通高校出于自身经济利益考虑,对有没有合作方兴致不高、紧迫感不强。最后针对这种现象提出若干政策建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 It has been six or seven years since the independent colleges first came into being in our country. However, after close observation of the independent colleges, the author found that there were few partners whose founds were available. This article analyses with examples of the income flow and the input-output results. The problems are caused by two major factors. Firstly, on the part of the investors, they have low input-output benefits and long payback cycle so that they become inactive in investment. Secondly, out of the consideration of their own financial gains, some colleges are not interested in having partners. Some suggestions are put forward.更多还原
