“学教交替”应用型人才培养模式的探索
A Probe Into Training Mould Of "Learning and Teaching Alternately" Practical Personnel
【摘要】 本文在对高职高专应用型人才培养模式进行认真分析的基础上,构建了"学教交替"应用型人才培养模式,并就如何实现"学教交替"人才培养模式进行了探讨。
【Abstract】 The text is meant to set up the training mould of learning and teaching alternately practical personnel basedon the careful analyse of practical personnel training mould of vocational and normal college.It is also to study how to obtain and reach the training mould of "learning and teaching alternately" practical personnel.
