基于知识的印刷电路板组装工艺决策系统

【摘要】 为了解决长期困扰PCA工艺设计工作问题,引入专家系统技术,结合印刷电路组装技术的工艺和技术特点,应用于印刷电路组装工艺过程规划,设计并开发了基于知识的印刷电路板工艺决策专家系统,并详细说明了系统的工作流程、知识管理和工艺决策流程。

【Abstract】 The purpose of this paper is to satisfy efficient PCA process planning by using expert system technology and PCA process characteristic.A PCA process design-making expert system based on knowledge is designed and developed.This paper also dicusses system work flow,knowledge management and process decision-making flow in detail.
