多元统计方法在故障诊断中的应用综述
Survey of multivariate statistical methods for fault diagnosis
【摘要】 在对常用故障诊断方法进行简单介绍的基础上,着重对多元统计方法在故障诊断领域的应用进行综述。针对常规方法在解决非线性、时变动态、故障隔离和辨识等问题的缺陷,总结了不同学者解决这些问题的最新进展。最后给出了多元统计方法在工业过程故障诊断领域可能的发展方向。
【Abstract】 This paper summarizes general approaches for fault diagnosis,emphasis is on the applications of multivariate statistical methods for fault diagnosis.General methods are not good at solving nonlinear,time-variant,dynamic,fault isolation and identification problems,different solutions and developments for these problems are reviewed.Furthermore,the future direction of these techniques is indicated.
