【Abstract】 Creating a learning community and a harmonious society is the common goal faced by both the RTV universities and the community education.It is an urgent and inevitable trend of community education development,as well as an outside demand for building a public lifelong learning service platform.The RTV Universities have some special advantages in helping the construction of community education(training) schools,developing multimedia courses resources, enhancing the training of community educators,etc.,and these are all the current works that need to be dealing with in cooperation.更多还原
